Seeking a technician who has experience in the following areas:
- Furnaces - Both GAS and ELECTRIC
- Heat Pumps
- Mini-split systems
- Air Conditioning
- On-demand water heaters
- Boilers (Bonus, however, not required)
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Removing old HVAC equipment so new systems can be installed by our Installation team
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
What we require:
• Diagnostic and mechanical skills
• EPA Certification
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Clean appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces.
Our Home office is located in Mountlake Terrace; close to the I-5 and 1-405, which gives our technicians access to both west and east sides of the lake.
